The commission, again
Thelivpure earns a commission on orders placed through this site. It is stated here, on the about page, on the reviews page and in the footer of every page, because a disclosure that appears once in small print is not really a disclosure.
How an order works, in terms
When you click an order button on this site you are handed to a checkout operated by the order provider. That checkout displays the price, takes the payment and collects the delivery address. We do not see or hold card details at any point, before, during or after.
The contract for the sale is formed at that checkout under that provider's terms. Those terms govern the payment, the dispatch and the refund, and they are the terms you should read before confirming.
The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 is where an order is administered afterwards. It can look up an order by its ID, change it where changes are still possible, arrange a return and process a refund. This website cannot do any of those things.
We publish the refund terms we were given, in full, on the refund policy page. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Blood sugar is managed by a clinician with monitoring, and no page here is a substitute for that.
Not a laboratory
We have published no test result because none was supplied to us. Certificate reference LIV-5029-26-TH is a reference, not a document, and its own source describes it as a draft label rather than lab proof.
Our editorial terms, stated as terms
The printed label is the highest authority on this site. Where the label and any other document disagree, the label is treated as correct and the disagreement is published rather than resolved silently. There are seven such conflicts on this product and all seven are listed on the home page.
