Thelivpure does not take payments and does not store card details. Orders are processed on the order page's checkout, which collects and holds your payment and delivery information under its own terms. This site collects only what is needed to run it: basic analytics about pages visited, and anything you choose to send us by email. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected].
Who this policy covers
This policy covers thelivpure.com, operated by Thelivpure, a USA Authorized Livpure Retailer, at 1166 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 7, New York, NY 10036, USA.
It does not cover the checkout you are handed to when you click an order button. That checkout belongs to the order provider and operates under its own privacy terms, which you should read there. We do not see your card details at any point and we do not receive them afterwards.
It also does not cover sites we link to. Where a page links to the NIH, the FDA or a journal, that link leaves this site and their policies apply from that point.

If you are asked for health information by anyone claiming to represent this site, that is not us. We have no reason to ask and no place to keep it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary, meaning the site cannot work without them; they remember your cookie choice and keep the pages functioning.
Some are analytics cookies, which count visits and tell us which pages are read. They are not used to build a profile of you and they do not follow you to other sites.
Affiliate tracking is part of how this site earns. When you click an order button, the checkout is told that you arrived from here, so that the commission is attributed. That mechanism identifies the referral, not you personally, and it is described on the about page as plainly as it is here.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Clearing them will lose your cookie preference, so you will be asked again on your next visit.

This site is for adults. The product is for adults 18 and over, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, it will be deleted.
The principles behind this policy
The first is that we collect as little as possible. This site does not take payments, does not hold an account system and does not need to know who you are in order to show you a page about a supplement label.
The second is that we never ask for health information. A site about a liver product is exactly the sort of place where a reader might be tempted to describe a diagnosis in an email, and we would rather say plainly: please do not. We have no reason to hold it and no safe place to keep it.
The third is that we do not sell anything about you. No data from this site is sold, rented or passed to a broker, and there is very little to pass on in any case.
The fourth is that anything we do hold can be asked about and deleted. One email address handles all of it, and the answer in most cases is that we hold nothing beyond the message you sent us.
Who else is involved when you order
Three parties touch a transaction that begins on this site, and it is worth knowing which is which.
This website shows you the pages and the order buttons. The checkout provider takes the payment and holds the delivery details under its own privacy terms. The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 administers the order afterwards, including returns and refunds.
Your order data lives with the second and third of those, not with us. If you want to know what is held about an order, or want it deleted, the order desk is the correct place to ask, because we have no access to it.
On most products there is a fourth party — a distributor printed on the label, with its own address and contact details. Nothing supplied with this product names one, so there are three parties here rather than four, and no product-support desk to escalate to.
Security, stated honestly
This site is served over HTTPS and holds almost nothing worth stealing. That is a design choice rather than a boast: the safest data is the data nobody collected. If we ever needed to hold more, this page would change first and the date at the foot would move.
What the analytics actually tell us
Which pages are read, roughly where in the world the reader was, and what kind of device they used. In aggregate, and with no attempt to connect one visit to another or to build a profile of anyone.
We use it for one purpose: to find out which pages are worth the work. A label transcription that nobody opens is a page we should have written differently, and the only way to know is to count.
It does not tell us who you are, it does not follow you to other websites, and it is not sold or shared with anyone for advertising.
If you would rather not be counted at all, block analytics cookies in your browser or use a browser that does it for you by default. Nothing on this site will stop working, because none of it depends on knowing anything about you.
If you write to us
We keep the message for as long as it is useful, which for a typo report is until the typo is fixed and for a correction is until the correction has been made and dated.
We reply from the same address and we do not add you to anything. There is no mailing list on this site, we do not send price emails, and we never will — which is worth knowing, because it means a message claiming to be from us and offering a discount is not from us.
If you want your message deleted, say so and it will be. If you want to know what we hold, ask, and the answer will usually be the one email you sent.
Please do not include health information. On a site about a liver product that request is more than a formality: it is the category where an emailed detail is most sensitive and least necessary.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the version in force is the one published here and the last-updated date at the foot of the page moves forward. We do not send notifications about policy changes, because we have no mailing list to send them to — which is itself a consequence of collecting as little as possible.
Links that leave this site
Every source in our reference lists links to a page somewhere else: the eCFR, the NIH, NCCIH, the FDA, Memorial Sloan Kettering. When you follow one of those, you leave this site and their terms apply from that point.
We link to primary sources rather than to summaries because a reader should be able to check a quotation against the document it came from. That does mean a certain amount of traffic leaves this site, which is fine.
We do not control what those sites do, we receive nothing for linking to them, and none of them has any relationship with this site or with the product.
